A studio built for the ones actually shipping.
Flywheel is a product studio for founders, operators, and teams who measure a good quarter by what went live — not by how many decks got made. We build web, mobile, and AI products with the strategy, design, and engineering behind them.
We started this studio to work the way we always wanted to.
Flywheel was founded in 2020 out of a specific frustration — too many teams were paying for product work and getting deliverables, when what they actually needed was velocity and judgment. We wanted a different shape.
So we built one. A small, senior team that takes fewer clients, embeds deeply, and treats every engagement like we own the outcome. Strategy, design, and engineering under one roof — with the accountability that comes from the same people staying on the project from discovery through launch.
Since then, we've shipped over 40 products across healthcare, fintech, consumer, and B2B SaaS. Our clients have collectively raised over $80M, landed enterprise contracts, and hit the App Store's front page. The common thread: they were the ones who needed to ship, and we got them there.
How we actually work
Four things that shape every engagement, in order of importance.
Strategy before pixels
Every engagement begins with the hard questions — who is this for, what are the assumptions, what does success actually look like? Pretty products that solve the wrong problem are the most expensive kind of failure.
Ship what matters
We'd rather ship a small, sharp product that lives than a feature-rich one that never launches. Scope discipline is a form of respect — for your timeline, your team, and your users.
You own everything
Code, design files, documentation, infrastructure — all yours, always. No hostage dynamics, no proprietary lock-in. Our job is to make ourselves unnecessary, not permanent.
Real partnership
We don't disappear behind a ticketing system. You work directly with the people building your product. Decisions happen in real conversations, not in Slack threads that span three time zones.
