We stay small and senior on purpose. Every engagement is staffed with people who've shipped real products. You won't be managing juniors or hiding behind a process — you'll be doing the work.

Craft over churn

We measure ourselves by what ships, how well it works, and whether users come back. Hours-worked and busyness-as-virtue are cultural losses. Taste, rigor, and results are what we hire and reward for.

Real autonomy

You own your work end-to-end. No layered approvals, no design-by-committee. We hire people we trust to make calls — and then we let them make the calls.

Short list, but we're serious about it. These are the signals that map to people doing great work here.

You've shipped.

You have products in the world you can point to. Ideally ones with real users, real scale, or real stakes.

You have taste.

You can articulate why something works or doesn't — in product, design, or code. Strong opinions held loosely, evidence over vibes.

You finish things.

Starting is easy. Finishing — shipped, launched, maintained — is the skill. We hire finishers.

You communicate in writing.

Async-first teams live and die on writing. If you can make a case clearly in a doc, you'll fit here.
